Yahoo takes on google with email services
Yahoo is offering currently 1 gigabyte for its free mail service and 2GB for its premium fee-based service but its competitors Gmail offers more than 2.5GB of storage, and Windows Live Hotmail offers 2GB for free. This has Yahoo rethinking its email storage for customers.
Yahoo has over 250 million users and its Yahoo Mail service is the largest global e-mail provider. But Yahoo has decided to roll out globally in May 2007 unlimited storage space for email for their customers.
